OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND

ALL CABINS ARE NO SMOKING!! YOU WILL BE FINED $100. FOR SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN!!! You can smoke on the decks but not inside!

For anyone who doesn't know us. We haven't raised our rates since we started 7 years ago, April 2002. It's the same rates as the owners before us. On some cabins, we have even lowered the rates. We are trying to give you, the renter the best rates we can. We are giving some good discounts on the off season dates and extended stays. Also you will see we have added cabins and let some go. We are very proud of the cabins we have now and hope you will enjoy them.

Sorry we only show the open dates on the month of and the following month. Please call or email on further dates. We are open all year round. And we do have several openings just waiting for you.

3 night minimum from Memorial Day weekend through August

$10 for each additional person!
5 years old and younger free!
$15. per night fee for small or medium size dogs

Can reserve more than one cabin for large groups

 SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FOR ACTIVE MILITARY DUTY, HONEYMOONERS, AND CHURCH GROUPS.                                                                                                                                       


One third down or $100.00 (whatever is greater) deposit required to secure reservation and remaining balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. Method of payment: MasterCard, Visa, personal check (if paying 14 days prior to arrival), money order.

From the first day of reservation, if you cancel there is still a $100. holding fee. Any amount over will be returned. Cancellation after 30 days or less from arrival date. You will only receive your money back, if we are able to rebook the dates. But there will still be the $100. holding fee. We have to do this to protect us from someone holding a cabin. Until they make up their mind if their even going to go on vacation. Then decide to do something different.

RULES- RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING BROKEN OR DAMAGE DONE TO THE CABINS. NO LOUD PARTIES AND ALL CABINS ARE NO SMOKING INSIDE!!!

We always have to have a credit card from you to reserve a cabin. And you are warned that if you break the rules. And in doing so you are agreeing that you are responsible. And you agree that we can charge your card for any of the following rules. Your card will be charged for the price of anything broken or stolen. Plus the cost of gasoline and labor to fix or replace the idem broken or stolen.  And if you smoke in the cabin you will be fined a $100. for smoking inside the cabin. If you check out late you will be responsible for the full price of one more nights rental. That is what ever the rate was that you paid for the cabin you rented. If you have more people to stay in the cabin than you told us. You will be charged double for all the extra people you didn't tell us about. If you have a party in the cabin you will be told to leave with out any money returned. And if you leave the cabin in a mess. To which makes us have to take more time to clean the cabin. Than the regular time to clean, then you will be charged for the extra time to clean it. And if the cleaning time cuts in to the next renters time. And we have to give them a discount because of it. You will be responsible for what we have to return to that renter for a discount. If you are a person that does like to go by the rules. Or have any respect for other people and their belongings. Then we don't need or want your business!!

Pet policy;
Absolutely no pets allowed in Smoky Dream Chalet, Smoky Getaway, Smoky Hideaway
Small or medium size dogs are allowed in all the other cabin.
ABSOLUTELY  NO  CATS  AT  ANY TIME WILL BE ALLOWED IN ANY CABIN!!!
Dog fee is $15. per night per dog. Only 2 allowed at one time in any cabin.
If you ever bring in a CAT you will be charged a $300. cleaning fee!!
The $300. cleaning fee also applies for ANY pet brought in Smoky Dream, Smoky Getaway, or Smoky Hideaway.
If you bring in a dog in the cabins that they are allowed. And don't tell us you will be charged double the amount of $15.
